I think the word kindness is interchangeable with the word compassion. This video gave me goosebumps and made my eyes leak a little.

I happened on to your blog from a friend, who posted it on facebook. I really love that you are doing this and find your blog really inspirational. So many people making new year resolutions about getting fit and eating healthy, but I think more people should make resolutions to be kinder, more compassionate, etc. Wonderful job!
